Hustler Luxe Return & Refund Policy
At Hustler Luxe, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
U.S. customers may request an exchange or store credit up to 60 days from the purchase date.
International customers: we do not provide direct exchanges at this time.
Condition of Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached to be eligible.
We reserve the right to refuse any worn, washed, or damaged merchandise.
Final Sale Items
Custom-made products, embroidered items, final sale merchandise, and products marked as non-returnable in the description cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be issued once your return is received and inspected.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Store credits are issued immediately upon processing your return.
Exchanges
U.S. customers may exchange Core Styles and Colors of equal value.
Exchanges begin once your return label has been scanned by the carrier, so please ship items promptly.
